The maze of necessary documents and requirements can be overwhelming. IICONN operates a Pro Bono Court Representation Project, representing immigrants in immigration court in Hartford.
Court Representation Project: Whether you are facing deportation, an asylum appeal, or are scheduled to appear before the immigration court and lack proper representation, IICONN may be able to help you. We have a network of pro bono attorneys who, at times, may be able to represent you for free of cost. In other cases, IICONN legal staff may be able to represent you in court for a nominal fee.
